I offer a comprehensive initial assessment where I will ask you a variety of questions around your current problem, past medical history and other essential lifestyle factors. After your assessment a detailed plan will be discussed with you which will be specific to your individual needs and based around the specific findings of your assessment.

 

All treatment plans are evidence-based and utilise my areas of expertise to enhance your recovery process.

Treatment approaches can include the following:

  • Soft tissue techniques, including tension trigger pointing and deep tissue massage

  • Joint manipulations

  • Specific exercise prescription/targeted exercise retraining
